Bio
Based in the Boston, MA area, Jonathan (Jonny) Aaronson is a skilled Motion and UX Designer with experience spanning Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, and the Colorado Rocky Mountains. His expertise encompasses animation, motion design, visual effects, video editing, and UX design.
Jonny has made a notable impact across industries, including television, marketing, gaming, web design, and film. His work has consistently helped brands and projects stand out, capturing audiences’ attention and improving engagement through high-quality, visually compelling content.
His diverse roles have included Digital Designer, Motion Designer, VFX Artist, UI Artist, UX Designer, Video Editor, and Visual Effects Artist, among others.
In addition to his work on the silver screen, Jonny's video and animation creations have been prominently displayed on major stages, including the iconic Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN, and the Nasdaq Bell Tower and Marquee in the heart of Times Square, NYC.

Jonny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts & Animation and a certificate in UX Design. He has contributed to the field as a professor, mentoring the next generation of motion designers.
Outside of work, Jonny has a deep passion for music, having performed in venues around Boston and continuously seeking creative outlets through guitar, drums, and bass. In his free time, he enjoys keeping an active and energetic lifestyle through basketball, skiing, skateboarding, and mountain biking, as well some not so active interests like Sci-Fi and Fantasy themed tabletop games, video games, books, TV, and films.
